Our e-shop does not support direct purchases. Instead, it allows you to create a non-binding inquiry. Product prices are listed for each item, including applicable loyalty and volume discounts.
The items in your cart are forwarded to our sales representative, who will prepare a tailored offer for you. This offer will include the delivery date, product price, shipping costs, and customs charges if the delivery address is outside the EU.

Shipping and Packaging

Goods are delivered as soon as possible upon mutual agreement.

All materials are packed on pallets with slight overhangs to prevent damage during handling and transport.
Pallets are non-returnable.

Placing the goods on a pallet involves additional packaging costs, consisting of packaging material and handling, which are added to the total price.

Payment

Once you approve the offer, we will send you payment instructions in the form of a proforma invoice.
Goods are dispatched only after the payment has been received.
